Delivery

Postage & Packaging

We use a selection of courier companies so as to protect the item(s) during delivery. The courier will require your signature on delivery. We will not be held responsible for any artwork that goes missing once it has been left at the specified delivery address and been signed for.

Delivery

We deliver to the UK and worldwide. Please contact us for a P&P price where specified on the item details or for a delivery anywhere worldwide. Once you are happy with the delivery charge, we will send you a single invoice via Paypal. As soon as the item has been paid for we will mark the item on the website as sold.

Delivery Times

Delivery to the UK

We will aim to deliver your item(s) within 5 working days in the UK. Please note that during peak periods, you should allow 7-10 days.

Delivery worldwide

Any item(s) that are being delivered worldwide, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Please note that during peak periods, you should allow up to 10 days.

Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days. You will receive an email confirmation to confirm that your item(s) have been despatched. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Returning Items

In the unlikely event that an item you have bought from alanstreets.net arrives damaged, please let us know within 2 hours of receiving the item.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and you wish to return it, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving the artwork.

To date, our customers have been extremely satisfied with the paintings and woodcarvings they have purchased from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, again, please let us know within 3 working days. You may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and it must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Where possible we ask that you return the item(s) in its original packaging.

With the exception of artwork damaged during delivery, please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the costs associated with this.

Once you have contacted us, we recommend that you send it via recorded delivery or similar and obtain a certificate of posting in case, for whatever reason, the item(s) fail to reach us.
Once we have received the returned artwork, we will notify you by email and refund you.
